This extremely stylised piece was produced as homage to the time spent in Trevignano. The Casa Rosa or Pink House was a dominate monument in an almost Garden of Eden setting. The 'Sentinels' are again present as protectors of this rebirth of my painting career. By using the flatness of form and complementary colours as well as the descriptive Italian text about everyday tasks, this painting is all encompassing with regards to the mission statement for this series.
